Our project

First project: 120 TPD—with a multi-plant vision

The initial project is planned for Andhra Pradesh, India, targeting approximately 39,600 tonnes per year at 330 operating days. It is intended to anchor a wider platform of plants in suitable agricultural regions, with future locations assessed on feedstock, infrastructure, port access and customer demand.

01 · Feedstock preparationReceive, inspect, store and prepare suitable agricultural residues.
02 · GasificationConvert prepared biomass into synthesis gas using an oxygen-and-steam process concept.
03 · Gas conditioningClean and condition synthesis gas for downstream processing.
04 · Methanol synthesisConvert conditioned synthesis gas into crude methanol.
05 · PurificationPurify and test product against agreed specifications.
06 · Storage & deliveryPrepare product for qualified customers and suitable logistics routes.

The plant concept assumes grid-supplied electricity and does not assume a dedicated on-site power-generation plant. Process design, feedstock requirements, product specifications and logistics will be confirmed through engineering and project development.
